Track Your Order

You will receive a Tracking Number Emailafter shipment.

Visit the Track My Order page and enter your email + order number to see realtime updates.

Alternatively, log in to My Account → Orders, scroll to “Track My Order via Email or SMS.”

You can also check movement on your local postal service site using the same number.
Tracking updates may take 2 – 5 days to appear after dispatch; this is normal due to carrier sync intervals.
Common Tracking Questions
Why hasn’t my tracking updated for days?
Tracking may pause when shipments move between international hubs or countries; it does not mean the package is lost.
What if my package is held by customs?
International orders sometimes require inspection; once cleared, the parcel continues to local delivery.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages
Orders containing different items may ship separately to speed up delivery.
Tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it
- Check around your mailbox/front door.
- Ask family, neighbors or building management.
Couriers may mark “Delivered” a few hours early. If still not found after 24 hours, contact us.

Shipping Protection by Seel
Tokyo Tiger offers Seel Shipping Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.
If you purchased this insurance and your order is lost, stolen, damaged, or severely delayed, you can file a claim directly with Seel for a refund or replacement.
How it works:
1. Choose “Add Seel Shipping Protection” on the checkout page.
2. Receive an email containing your insurance details and claim link.
3. If an issue occurs, open the email and submit a claim through Seel’s portal.
4. Once approved, Seel will refund or re-ship your order on your behalf.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your shipment is overdue beyond expected time:First check the tracking updates and local post office.
If still unresolved after 30 days (US) or 40 days (international), contact our support team or file a Seel claim (if covered).
Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before payment. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare items at reasonable value to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
